We can supply a full set of over 23,000 UK Schools Email Addresses, so you can send your own email-shots.
Please be advised that the average home or small office IT system will struggle with delivering this quantity of mail.
We guarantee that you will get at least 23,000 delivered emails. We do this by providing 26 to 27 thousand addresses. In normal circumstances you should get 23 to 24 thousand deliveries.
Data format: Data is supplied as a CSV file suitable for loading into any Office application such as Access, Excel, Word, Outlook .
Delivery: Data files are delivered by Email; hence delivery is fast and free.
Database Structure: All necessary fields are supplied to permit you to select schools by County, Local Education Authority, postcode, region, primary/secondary,
state/independent.

Usage of lists:
The licence restricts usage of the addresses to a maximum of 12 (approx monthly) email-shots within the one year licence period for the purpose of bulk emailing schools.

Sending emails using bulk emailing software:
There are various software packages around to help with bulk emailing; for example. The packages below allow you to manage your sets of email addresses and will send the mails directly avoiding your ISPs mailservers.
These have Trial versions available, and with the US Dollar where it is, are inexpensive!
Group Mail has a built in html editor for composing mails and helps manage your addresses.. You can import addresses into groups. The software will even clean up lists, removing dead email addresses.
MaxBulk Mailer is a full-featured and easy-to-use bulk mailer and mail-merge software for Macintosh and Windows.
